Ronda Rousey Featured on Cover of Sports Illustrated

Add another accomplishment to Ronda Rousey’s long list of achievements.

On Tuesday morning it was announced that the Ultimate Fighting Championship 135-pound women’s champion graces this week’s cover of Sports Illustrated, which hits retail shelves on May 13.

Tuesday’s a big day for the 28-year-old champion, whose “My Fight/Your Fight” memoir officially went on sale at 12 a.m.

Following in Roger Huerta’s footsteps, Rousey is only the second UFC athlete to take the magazine’s cover. Rousey, 11-0, will face Bethe Correira at UFC 190 on Aug. 1 in Rio de Janeiro.
