Best of Beatdown: A 2005 Interview with Phil Baroni, 'Sunday Sitdown' with Jeff Sherwood Part 1

TJ De Santis is back with another edition of "Beatdown." On this best of broadcast De Santis reaches in to his personal vault for an early episode of his first MMA radio program entitled "MMA Evolution." He also goes back to the 100th episode of "The Sherdog Radio Network Rewind" for a special "Sunday Sitdown" with Jeff Sherwood.

On the 2005 edition of "The Evolution" De Santis and then co-host Caleb Quinn breakdown the latest MMA news. Including the announcement that the UFC and SpikeTV had just come to terms in a 2-year agreement. They also chat with Phil Baroni who was just weeks out from his PrideFC debut.

The show then turns to a special sitdown interview done by Jack Encarnacao with Sherdog.com founder Jeff Sherwood. The two men dig in to how Sherdog was created, what it's initial goals were, and how it became the global authority in mixed martial arts.
